This recipe is from our dear sister, Helen Li. We met Helen while we served in our first church, the Hyde Park Christiaan Reformed Church. At that time, she was a Ph.D. student studying sociology at the University of Chicago.
Currently she is a stay-at-home mom, a BSF (Bible Study Fellowship) leader, and the president of the CCEA Association.
